Our Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) tells us that DWIs should be moved within 60 days. They seldom are, and you should exhaust all your defenses regardless.

Criminal matters are now often at the mercy of Bail Reform in New Jersey and will be treated accordingly. Timelines will vary from a few months to a year.
